Statistics - Junior Style.

W Are Learning To: use tally marks to record data.
We all had a snack bag of chips and we had to work out the average number per bag.  We recorded one tally mark per chip we ate.  As you can imagine we loved this activity.  We also all know what a tally mark is and how to use it.

  2. What a fun activity! Room 2 children would like to do this so they can learn about using tally marks. They would love to eat the chips too!

    1. It was really fun. I had full engagement as you can imagine. The concept of tally marks as stuck making the activity so exciting, so I will be able to remind them about this activity.
      I would definitely recommend it Room 2 :)
