Think/ See/ Wonder

Picture of trees encased in spider webs after floods in Pakistan

Think/ See/ Wonder
To day we looked at this picture and with our buddies we had a chat about what we thought it was, what we saw and what wonderings we had.
At the end of the day I told them what the picture actually was.
I was very impressed with the thought that went into these descriptions.
Thank You to Whaea Paula for sharing this writing idea.

I think the man put a net on the trees, I think he is reading a book by himself . I see a man wearing a dress. I see another person by the lake. I wonder if the man is praying to god. I wonder if the other person is fishing.
By Natahlia

I think the tree has candyfloss, spider webs or a net .
I can see a man wearing a dress and hat.
I wonder why he is there?

I think it is a bunch of seaweed with sticks underneath of it.  To hold it up it has cello tape, with sand on in and spider webs.  I see seaweed on sticks covered with spider webs.  I wonder if he planted it or if he knows what it is.

I think the trees look like a bunch of candyfloss.  I can see a man walking.  I can see the lake.  I wonder why the trees join together.
By Cindy

I think the tree is covered with webs.  I can see a stream.  I wonder if the trees join together with webs.  I wonder why the trees are covered in webs.
By Darcy

I think the spider webs are on the tree because it is an old park and not many used to go there but a man was there.  I wonder if he knows what is between the trees.

I think it has frost on the trees and I see a man standing by himself by the river.  I wonder what he is doing out there?  I think he was sad but I know what he needs.  He needs a friend.  That's why he is sad and lonely by the river and trees.

I think this tree is covered in spider webs.  I see it waving in the wind.  I wonder what it is on the tree.  What is on the ground?
By Kimberly

I think that there is sand on the tree because it will fall on the grass.  I see a lake and three trees they are as big as a hotel and as green as an apple.  The trunk is as brown as a pencil.  I wonder why the man is walking outside by himself, he might get lost far away.
By Araahua

I think that the things on the tree are spider webs because it is white and sticky,  I wonder why a man is all alone, he might be having a time out with himself.  I see a man by himself I wish I could be some company for him.

These trees were involved in a flood in India.  The spiders fled to the trees and did not leave.  They ended up creating huge webs, you would think it was large spiders.  But reports are if you stand underneath lots and lots of small spiders fall out.

  5. Hello Room 9 Rockets. Today I'm going to comment on Cindy's story. I liked your story "You might be right!" I think the man by the water is white-baiting by that tree. I think someone has put a whole lot of spider webs and then covered it in sand. bye bye, Kobe, EPS

  7. I like your stories because your stories are not long and are not too big so your think see and wonder sentences are very good too.
