Today we painted our different modes of transport and then wrote stories about them.

Construction

Room 9 has been working hard constructing different modes of transport. We had our first attempt last week. All of the children had a go at using recyclable materials, such as: milk containers, egg cartons and boxes to create cars, trains, trucks, and helicopters for our inquiry unit around transportation. Here are a few of the photos (finished products to be posted over the next few weeks)

First Kindy a Visit of 2015

We love going to the Kindy and thoroughly enjoyed meeting new friends and visiting some old ones.

Visitors

Icecream sundae Party

We have worked so hard on our PB4L behaviours that we were rewarded with icecream sundaes. We also chose someone who had been caring towards us lately and that was Mercedez.

Letter U and I

We had so much fun with the puff paint, we had to blob it on and then microwave it to get it to puff up. It worked perfectly. Do you like our umbrella border?

Discovery Time

We had our first discovery session with a Room 10 we had lots of fun.
